New favorite sushi spot. So good! After Ohkura closed down. We were on the hunt for the next best sushi restaurant and this place is it. So delicious
The food is amazing, the staff is super friendly and funny and the ambiance is great!! Love the vibe! Been wanting to try this place for a while. Always see people coming and going. So glad we finally made our way in. Got a bento box with orange chicken and Chinese spare ribs for our son and split 3 rolls between the 2 of us. Tried the dragon, scallop lover and lion King roll. All were amazing!! Definitely a must if you're in the area!! You will not be disappointed
My family (a party of 7) decided to go out for dinner and this was the place we picked. We did reservations and were instantly directed to a table when we came in. Our server was very sweet and patient and was quick to get our waters, drinks and dinner orders. Our waters were constantly refilled and the space was busy but not overly packed. The vibe was chill and our chef Alfredo was really efficient and kind. The food was delicious (as always).
They've certainly changed a couple of things here since the last time I visited. I enjoy how they have virtual ordering now to speed up the process. They've changed their cups and bowls and I love the new look! Their ramen is somehow more delicious. If you visit, I recommend you sit at the bar area so you enjoy seeing the sushi men prepare delicious sushi! I love how cozy this restaurant is. It's the perfect spot to visit when you're craving a delicious bowl of ramen with a sushi roll on the side!
I have been here a few times and it is always a nice time. The staff are super friendly and accommodating. My go to order is the spicy miso ramen soup with no meat. I order the extra noodles when I'm in a silly mood (which is most of the time) and more so for the delicious taste of them. They are also accommodating if you do not want a particular item in your soup. You can choose to have items removed or if you prefer to have them on the side. The overall size of the restaurant is small however, it definitely feels cozy at least for me. Usually we have a seat at a table however it was full so we were sat at the bar area. If you would want to bring a party of like 5+ then it might be best to call ahead. Overall, this place has very tasty ramen and they have a variety of sushi rolls. You can also see the sushi rolls being prepared by the bar so that was a plus! Check this place out if you're in town!
My family's fave sushi restaurant in Fairfield! It's the best balance of quality and good pricing, especially for raw fish. They have a ton of rolls and cooked options too, and I've brought different groups of friends here when we were in the area and craving sushi and all of them have enjoyed it. I would recommend this spot to anyone in the area
It was a delightful surprise. I have passed by this establishment numerous times but never considered stopping by. It truly is a hidden gem! The cuisine was exceptional, the staff was exceedingly friendly, and the ambiance was quite pleasant. The sushi was remarkably fresh, and the ramen was exceptionally flavorful. This establishment has become our new favorite spot for ramen and sushi.
Hana has consistently well executed dishes and delivers generous portions of sashimi don and sushi entrees. Service is very good despite being a small shop, the kitchen and sushi bar does their best to expedite dishes out quickly. The ladies who assist the tables w/ the quick order tablet are excellent and very friendly and accommodating! This is our go-to sushi spot and one of our faves in town.
I've been coming here for at least a couple of years now. A great hole in-the-wall for fresh sushi and rolls. Great for eating by yourself, with a couple of friends, and even a group. Just know that it is a small space, so if you're dining during peak hours, there might be a wait. Service is always good and perfect though! Definitely worth the 5 stars for freshness and value!
